Initial impressions endure for a lifetime. Dr. Al Manesh is a highly trained periodontist and implant dentist who founded the Mission Dental Implant Center. He focuses on regenerative periodontal care, dental implants, oral plastic surgery, and cosmetic operations. As a young boy, he was fascinated by dentistry and knew he wanted to work in a field where he would one day have an impact on people’s lives. His passion for the dentistry sector only expanded, and he is now able to provide his Southern California clients with top-notch service.

Dr. Manesh and his family moved to Orange County when he was seventeen years old. After completing his undergraduate studies at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, he relocated to Portland, Oregon, where he attended Oregon Health Sciences University and graduated with a dental degree in 1993. After earning his degree, Dr. Manesh relocated to Brooklyn, New York, where he finished his residency in general medicine at Lutheran Medical Center. After a year, he decided to concentrate on periodontics and enrolled in the postgraduate periodontal program at Louisiana State University. Dr. Manesh returned to Orange County after earning his degree in 1998 and joined South Coast Dental Specialties as an associate. He worked there until early 2007, when he established Mission Dental Implant Center in Mission Viejo, California.
Dr. Manesh genuinely enjoys his work. He continually broadens his knowledge and picks up new skills. He is committed to giving his patients the highest standard of treatment possible in a setting with the most cutting-edge resources because he believes it is essential for a surgeon to stay current with technological advancements. Dr. Manesh is a well-known lecturer, published author, fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and active member of the American Dental Association, Orange County Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Academy of Periodontology, and Academy of Osseointegration, in addition to continuing his education.
